Cooking on the brain today! It is tomato season (almost) and I was craving tomato soup. I also love to include basil so today's lunch included http://www.food.com/recipe/fresh-tomato-soup-with-basil-222068.

It is nice because instead of using milk or cream, it is thickened with a potato. Very tasty and filling.

Tonight I want to use the ground turkey I picked up at the store and am making a meatloaf, having fresh corn on the cob with it and a side dish of mashed cauliflower. Working hard on Bob Harper's Skinny Rules...no carbs after lunch. Since I think the corn is a carb, I couldn't compound that with mashed potatoes too so it's the mock version tonight!
